Where we can go deep into your greatest fears, your highest vision for your birth, and begin to attune to your inner wisdom and authority for birth, motherhood and life. Maybe you are grappling with decision making about where to give birth, want more birth preparation and education before you enter the portal, or want to a specific session dedicated to postpartum planning. Your partner is also welcome, and the session will be curated to both your needs specifically

An open, unstructured space that is entirely yours to bring whatever is most alive for you right now. Your fears, your questions, your birth vision, a decision you're sitting with — whatever needs tending, I'll follow your lead.
This session could be also be used for postpartum preparation. I’ll cover the details of everything I consider important to know relating to the first forty days, and we’ll come up with a plan together for how your needs will be met during this sacred window.

Birth Story Witnessing

Being witnessed in your birth story is an incredibly important part of your rite of passage into motherhood. In our time together, I will listen to your birth story with an open heart, holding space for you and whatever emotions and details are wanting to come through and be witnessed. I will reflect back to you any insights I may have from a place of love and non-judgement. We can do this over a virtual call, or, if you are local to Sonoma or Marin counties I can come to you and tend to you in your own home. If you choose the in-person option it will be a postpartum visit where I tend to your physical, emotional and practical household needs. Reach out after baby has arrived, whenever you feel ready.
