You've always known you were capable of a powerful, sovereign birth.

That an undisturbed, sacred and transformative birth on your own terms is your birthright.

You just haven't found anyone who believes it as fiercely as you do.

Welcome home.

This is the place where your Divine feminine power is celebrated, your inner wisdom is treasured, and your body's sacred design is trusted.

If you've found your way here, you're probably carrying something that's hard to name. A knowing that won't be quiet. A sense that the birth you're dreaming of is possible, but almost no one around you seems to believe it is.

The people you love most — your partner, your mother, your closest friends — may be telling you to be careful. To be realistic. To trust the doctors. And it's exhausting to feel the beauty and glory of what's happening inside your body while simultaneously defending it to the people you most want to be celebrating with.

You feel unconventional but don't quite know why. Like your pregnancy, your birth, your becoming a mother is more magical and powerful than what anyone around you seems to understand. They are caught up in the dominant culture of fear and pathology of pregnancy and birth, while you know it to be the most natural thing on earth.

Wherever you are in your journey — just beginning to question, deep in preparation, or somewhere in between — you belong here.

This is a place where the sacred physiological design of birth as a rite of passage is taught and honored.

Where the things you feared most — tearing, hemorrhage, postpartum depression, difficulty breastfeeding — begin to lose their power, because you come to understand that these are not the inevitable risks of birth itself, but the result of birth being disturbed and managed.

Here you will find your way back to your intuition. You will learn to distinguish it from fear — and discover that it was never wrong. It was just buried under years of programming telling you to look outside of yourself for answers.

Here permission stops being something you wait for. You come to understand on a cellular level that you are the sole authority over your body and your birth, and you stop being the “good girl” in the room.

Here self-responsibility becomes not a burden, but the most liberating thing you have ever claimed for yourself and your family’s sovereignty.

And when you birth — however and wherever that looks for you — my prayer and vision for you is that you walk away a birthing Queen. Your sovereignty and power intact, deep in relationship with your intuition, knowing exactly who you are and what you are capable of. You’ll carry that knowing and power forward into your mothering, your relationships and your life.

A note on who this is for, and who it isn't.

If you're not wanting to question the medical system and aren’t ready to hear the truth about medicalized birth, I’m probably not your gal.

If you believe freebirth is always dangerous or irresponsible, you may find some of what I share confronting. This is a space where a woman's right to birth on her own terms — including unassisted — is honored, respected and valued.

If you're looking for a new authority to follow or feel it would be easiest to have someone simply tell you what to do, I'd gently redirect you. That's not what I’m here for.

And if you're not quite ready to do the inner work — to sit with your fears, question your conditioning, and learn to listen to your own inner voice — that's okay too. Come back when you are.

But if you read all of that and felt something in you lean in rather than pull back — you're in the right place.
